All About Abs

On Today's episode of Touched Health:


This can't be stressed enough but Abs are made in the kitchen so before you start doing 8 million ab workouts, make sure you've changed what you are putting in your mouth. 

All of the best belly fat fighting foods have a few things in common. They all contain fiber to banish bloat, antioxidants to boost ab's routine effectiveness, and protein to keep the metabolism at a great level. 

Here are some great foods that reduce belly fat:

Tip: Get it in either ground form or oil and add it to your smoothie.

These are just some of the foods that can help reduce belly fat. Also, olive oil, natural peanut butter, sunflower seeds walnuts, 

Training:
Like any other muscle, it is important to train this muscle at least 3x a week on alternate days. Focus on all sides of the abdominal muscles (pictured below) by performing target specific exercises. 




Challenge: Plank every day for 30 days! Each day add 5 seconds to the clock. Let me know in the comments below if you'll be trying this.
