We stand by and believe wholeheartedly that you can't hide behind a face full of makeup! If you're ugly on the inside nothing can change your appearance. And we don't just mean being an ugly person with little to no values - no we also mean treating yourself ugly. Not loving yourself. Needing someone to validate your looks and ultimately giving in to things that you know you wouldn't agree to under any circumstances.

So many women fall prey to this kind of ugliness. Here's how to stop the cycle.

• a thumbs up to a fellow runner on the same trail you're on
• coach a friend on their weight loss/drug-free or anything else journey
• find people in your niche to follow everyday and share their posts if you like it
• volunteer at your local food bank
• run for a cause
